Dispense Bartender (Airport Lounge)

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense drinks accurately and efficiently from printed tickets for Counter and Cove service
• Execute pre-batched cocktails and standard beverages under Senior Bartender’s guidance
• Pour wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized bar area and ensure proper glassware presentation
• Assist with restocking, ice management, garnishes, and bar mise en place preparation
• Coordinate with floor staff to deliver seamless service to guests
• Support Senior Bartender during busy service periods and contribute to overall team efficiency

Skills & Knowledge

• Basic bartending knowledge; willingness to learn professional techniques in a luxury environment
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain consistency in drink preparation
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food & beverage service
• Positive attitude, professional presentation, and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; friendly demeanor suitable for luxury clientele
• Language proficiency: English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)
