ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to F&B team, especially the Event Operations
  • Ensure all the paper work is accurate and well presented
  • Meeting daily with the Assistant Director of Event Operations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, meeting agendas, appointments and travel arrangements for Assistant Director of Event Operations and other senior members of the management team
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial function
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Well-versed with MS Office application
