Junior Chef （Airport Lounge）

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Chef with Counter setup, preparation, and plating
• Support live service by providing components, tools, and garnishes as directed
• Clear plates and cutlery discreetly and reset the Counter to luxury standards
• Prepare and garnish dishes under the Senior Chef’s supervision
• Carry out basic food preparation tasks and keep the kitchen clean
• Restock items and ensure equipment and tools are ready during service
• Help with Cove dish preparation when the Counter is not fully seated
• Maintain professional appearance and behaviour in guest-facing areas
• Support welcome drink service and cleansing ritual when required

Skills & Knowledge

• Basic kitchen skills (knife handling, food preparation, cleanliness)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally some front-of-house or guest-facing experience
• Professional presentation, calm under pressure, and strong teamwork attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• Language proficiency: English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)
