We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain to lead our front-of-house team and enhance our guests' dining experience! In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring that every guest receives the highest level of hospitality. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the efficiency of serving and order taking, ensure decent presentations of dishes
  • Visit guest tables to encourage guest engagement and satisfaction by acquiring their opinions and comments in overall experience
  • Ensure all guests are satisfied and served according to hotel standards

Requirements: 

  • Certificate or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in F&B industry
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
