We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our structured Aviation Operations Trainee Programme at Hong Kong International Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in airport operations, flight planning, load control, and ramp services.

What You Will Learn:

• Pre-flight planning and accurate load sheet preparation for passenger and cargo flights
• Cargo and baggage distribution planning to ensure proper aircraft balance and weight
• Estimated Zero Fuel Weight (EZFW) calculation and communication with operations teams
• Coordination of flight close-out, passenger handling, and special requirements
• In-flight catering planning and meal order management
• Aircraft loading instructions, load supervision, and compliance with safety regulations
• Operational message handling (LDM, CPM, PTM, PSM, APIS)
• Collaboration with ramp teams, flight controllers, and government authorities
• Maintenance of flight records, reports, and operational supplies
• Adherence to aviation safety and airline compliance standards

Training Roadmap:

>> Passenger Flight Load Control (around 3 months)

>>>> Cargo Services Ramp Agent (around 2 months)

>>>>>> Cargo Flight Load Control (around 3 months)

Upon completion, you will be appointed as a Cargo Services Load Controller, with flexibility to support passenger load control or ramp services as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Degree holder in Aviation, Logistics, Transport, or related disciplines
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Energetic, eager to learn, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work on rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• No experience required – training will be provided!
