Job Purpose:
- To seek a customer-centric Multi-currency Debit Card Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development, enhancement and management of multi-currency debit card offering.
- This role will own the product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, regulatory alignment, and P&L performance of the product. The ideal candidate understands payments, FX, card schemes, and digital banking journeys, and can translate market insights and customer needs into innovative and commercially viable solutions.
- To assist the Senior Manager to formulate and launch effective marketing campaigns to deliver business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- This role is critical in shaping the future of our digital banking offers and enhancing customer experience across multiple currencies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for the multi-currency debit card.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, trends, and differentiation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with all internal departments including operations, compliance, legal, and marketing support for smooth program launch and fulfilment, and digital team to create user‑friendly, mobile‑first experiences.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory and scheme requirements across all supported markets.
- Partner with risk and fraud teams to design robust transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and card security measures.
- Maintain thorough documentation and support audits and risk assessments.
- Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement).
- Assist to conduct regular sales performance review.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in retail banking business, product management, preferably in payments, debit/credit cards, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of card schemes, transaction processing, FX, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Good team player and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
