  • Assist in the formulation of retail banking business strategies, propositions, and tactical plans, and facilitate the implementation of key strategic projects to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop, identify, and establish business strategies and annual business plan models for the retail banking sector, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overarching business goals and strategic directions.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold a high standard of service delivery.
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related fields, or possess equivalent qualifications recognized at the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF) Level 5.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a solid track record of success.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business development, customer segmentation, brand management, and the creation and execution of marketing programs.
  • Possess a keen understanding of market trends and dynamics, along with experience in managing organizational changes to stay competitive.
  • Stay informed about the latest regulatory requirements and best practices in the retail banking sector to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
