Officer Trainee, Operations Centre

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks of delivering bank product and services (covering core business scenarios such as account management, payment clearing, loans, trade finance, treasury settlement, and wealth management settlement).

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports.

• Participate in system enhancement project, including the preparation of user requirement, and complete corresponding user acceptance test.

• Organize meeting, prepare meeting material and minutes.

• Answer inquiry from various departments and Frontline.

• Work collaboratively with supporting units on operations aspects.

• Participate in other ad-hoc works and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above

• Sound communication skills, independent and able to work under pressure

• Strong problem solving and influencing skills

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English

• Proficient in computer skills, MS office applications and Chinese word processing skills
