Intern, IT audit (3-day or above per week)

Responsibilities

• Assist in IT-related independent assessments, internal audit engagements and ad-hoc tasks required by regulators.

• Support gap analysis in accordance with current banking IT-related procedures, controls and regulatory requirements (e.g., TM-E-1, TM-G-1, TM-G-2)

• Support the follow-up of finding issues and the tracking of remediation status.

• Assist in constantly monitoring and identifying regulatory requirements evolvement and updates.

• Assist in supporting documentation collection and organization, and cross-departmental communication.

• Complete ad-hoc tasks (e.g., organizing/formatting documentation, research)  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s program in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting or related disciplines.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Banking Technology Control frameworks and practices.

• Banking or financial industry internship experience in Hong Kong SAR will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Proficient Cantonese, English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing.
