Responsibilities:
Enhance the capabilities of digital platforms including mobile APP, personal net banking
Develop customer-focused digital experience, formulate various product recommendations and coordinate product development
Assist team lead to liaise with various teams such as business stakeholders, risk stewards , UIUX design, IT, marketing and operations to generate idea, define end-to-end customer journeys and shape outcome
Ensure digital deliverables meet business stakeholders’ requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint, pre-release UAT and live test
Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes and timely execute product enhancement and other risk based diligence
Review the business performance after the launch of the project, support customer enquire about the product features and solve customers’ difficulties
Requirements:
Degree holder or above, preferably in Information Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ experience of digital product management, preferably with exposure in banking or financial sector
Qualification in ECF is preferred
Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
