Assistant Supply Chain Officer (Welcome IANG/TTPS Visa)

What You will be Doing

• Follow up on purchase requisition, purchase order request and monitor delivery schedule to ensure delivery time
• Communicate with different vendors on delivery time & logistics
• Provide inventory analysis for management
• Make sure product deadline and technical requirements are met before shipping
• Responsible for developing long term relationships with vendors/suppliers through daily communication
• Analyse supply chain efficiency, such as work flow, lead time, logistics
• Responsible for proposing improvements to improve supply chain efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects as and required
• Responsible for prepare daily inventory and ad hoc reports

Who is our Right Fit

• Higher diploma holder or above
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain analysis/management
• Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office & SAP system is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Access / PowerPoint skill
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Ability to work fast, independently & proactively
• Effective communication, organized and detail-minded
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
