What You Will Be Doing:
- Supervise counter service to ensure smooth and efficient branch operation in accordance with the relevant regulations, policies and guidelines
- Ensure high quality of customer service and assist in resolving customers’ enquiries / complaints
- Review branch operation procedures regularly to enhance work process and customer experience
- Identify opportunities for promoting banking products and services
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience
- Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong self-motivation, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Customer Service Manager
