Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and expansion of credit card business in Hong Kong
- Lead and participate in project planning and execution for business initiatives and promotional campaigns to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Manage and monitor the implementation of business projects, identify customer opportunities, and actively expand market reach to enhance overall bank revenue
- Oversea end-to-end credit card operations, including frontline communications and channel and performance management
- Analyze customer data to support management reporting and provide actionable business insights
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal departments to ensure timely and effective execution of business tasks
- Establish effective monitoring mechanisms and deliver professional training to build a high-performing team and maintain service quality
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, legal standards, ethical norms, and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in credit card acquisition strategy and segmentation of high-value customer groups
- Familiar with credit card application flows, lending policies and approval procedures
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the maturity to coordinate across multiple levels
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Competent in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
