Manager, Product Management (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities: 

• Manage product development and enhancement of corporate banking products to achieve business targets by partnering with frontline of Corporate Banking and different business units
• Devise product business plan and design incentive program / corporate events for corporate banking 
• Drive the medium term strategy and products initiatives including Treasury, investment, Insurance and Loan products
• Optimize the product operation, system development, selling processes and transaction processing 
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure product procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Provide support for training and presentation to various levels of stakeholders 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related 
• Holder of ECF Certification (such as AGFP (P&S)) would be an advantage
• 5-8 years’ banking experience in Product Management, preferably corporate banking or commercial banking
• Strong planning, project management and PC (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) skills
• Good understanding of corporate banking loan and fee income products and related regulatory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese
• A good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
