Retail Distribution – Distribution Support
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 255 branches and service outlets, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Network Strategy and Distribution Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Assist to formulate branch & self-service banking rationalization and implementation through effective project management
- Execute initiatives on branch network & self-service banking infrastructure to cope with business needs
- Assist to identify improvement opportunities for higher the service effectiveness and efficiency according to the desired business model
- Assist to uplift and manage branch & self-service banking facilities to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and frontline staff
- Handle customer complaint and ensure the delivery of premium customer service in branch & self-service banking outlets
- Maintain good network with relevant stakeholders and service providers to ensure their support on various deliverables on operation efficiency and service enhancement
- Enhance the efficient operational support to frontline staff
- Prepare timely management reports for service and performance tracking and monitoring
- Support manager in mitigating risk and proposing measures on prevention of non-compliance activities
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management or other relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in retail banking, with knowledge in branch network or self-service banking channel planning preferred
- Strong self-motivation, with excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
