VP - Procedures & Process Management, Branch Operation

What you will be doing:
Oversee the creation, revision and maintenance of procedure manuals to align with regulatory requirement and internal policies.
Collaborate with different stakeholders such as procedure & channel owners, risk and operation teams to ensure procedures adhere to regulatory standards and mitigate risks. Support Product Owners to seek approval on updated procedures and conduct training to ensure staff understands and follows updated procedures.
Design & implement the policy/ procedure management system to ensure an updated procedures are kept and maintain, as well as facilitate staff on retrieval. Implement automation or digital solutions where applicable to streamline procedural adherence.
Maintain accurate records of procedurals changes and ensue accessibility to support audit or relevant teams for information or clarification
Support Audit or external regulatory by providing necessary documentation and procedures as appropriate
What we are looking for:
Degree holder with 5+ year of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance and risk management
Ability to develop clear, structured and comprehensive procedural documents
Excellent on communication and problem-solving skills
