OK Finance – Branch Officer

Job Purpose:

Direct and supervise the junior staff in performing the loan processing and administration including conduct loan interviews, data input into the system and loan disbursement.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Assist in day-to-day management of branch operation and ensure to deliver high quality service to customers.
• Perform credit analysis, evaluation and recommend loan approval according to the established credit guideline.
• Coach and train junior staff on delivering both quality service and sale support activity.

Incumbent Requirements:

• Form 5 / Matriculated or above.
• At least 3 years' experience in Finance/ Banking industry specialized in Consumer Finance business.
• Familiar with branch operation & loan application processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
