Responsibilities:
- Contribute and support to credit card business strategy implementation. Optimize and digitalize the process of credit card products end to end business model to improve the online customer experience of credit card products
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources to identify areas of improvement and coordinate with relevant units to streamline and optimize imperfect processes
- Monitor review to improve customer experience for credit card process
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures implemented are compliant to group policies and regulatory requirement
- Assist to formulate the annual work plan and expenditure budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at AM level or above, preferably with experience in banking digitalization
- Familiar with credit card products and business operations
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
