Aircraft Loading Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo, baggage and mail into/from aircraft.
• To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carrier.
• To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report.
• To communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.
• To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale in section.
• To monitor the attendance and punctuality of a team of Aircraft Loading Agents.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of PC.
• Holder of valid HK driving license 1 & 2
