Head / Deputy Head of Business Development, Commercial Banking Group

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to sell investment and insurance products
• Acquire new customers from outside networks and develop quality business pipelines
• Provide excellent customer service by developing initiatives to provide a one-stop investment and insurance services to customers
• Ensure all sales activities,  business promotion & development are comply with regulatory and internal guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 6 years working experience in banking or financial sector
• Fulfill the requirements of Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representation (TR)
• Mature, team player, independent and well-organize
• Well versed in relevant polices and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
