Retail Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 254 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Retail Banking Specialist (Sales) I.

Principal responsibilities

• Solicit new applications through branch / roadshows
• Handle customer enquiries on retail banking products and deliver customer-focused solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Keep abreast of latest development of recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate

Requirements

• Secondary Education holder or relevant qualifications
• Proven experience relevant experience, with exposure to credit card acquisition is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work in different locations and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
