Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team to ensure account opening and client static maintenance delivered within SLA
- Support client onboarding operation on daily processing including account opening and static data maintenance
- Review client documents/instruction and update the information to system as maker and checker
- Returned mail handling
- Assist in Audit, regulatory review, FATCA and CRS reporting, etc
- Promptly response and provide solution on enquiries from Front office/Middle Office/COO office, etc
- Support UAT if needed
- Brokerage firm experience is a plus
- Handle new business requests, work with COO Office to update Operation procedure and policy
- Prompt response to Front Office enquiries
Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 8 years relevant FI experience, preferably with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Ability to improve processes, coordinate multiple tasks and strong teamwork spirit
- Solid experience and knowledge in system enhancement project and process improvement/re-engineering
- Good knowledge and experience in International Tax Regulations (FATCA/CRS) documentation handling and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Digital mindset and experience in Avaloq would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Broker firm experience is preferred
