Fund Settlement Manager - Bank of East Asia (Trustees) Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation transactions for MPF and Unit Trust funds as well as the compliance checking on the permissibility of newly invested securities according to MPFA and SFC regulations
• Manage the settlement of global equities and fixed income securities
• Monitor funding arrangement and cash position, corporate action events processing and the investment portfolio including reconciliation of securities holdings and investment pricing

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in business, finance or accounting
• Preferable over 5 years’ experience in fund settlement and operations
• At least 3 years’ experience in supervision level in fund settlement and operations
• Knowledge of MPF investment regulations or SFC Code
• Recognition of RA 13 license is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in trust administration, operational procedures and internal controls
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements including KYC would be a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
