Business Manager (Senior Dealer) - Securities Services

Responsibilities

• Achieve the business targets of Call Centre
• Provide first-class customer service for EAS/BEA customers
• Handle customers’ securities instructions accurately and input into the frontline trading system
• Perform customers’ orders approval and handle fund checking requests from customers, report any discrepancies to concerned parties
• Check clients’ trades, agency trades and brokers trades of various stock markets are accurately input into relevant systems
• Perform day end trade reconciliation of all securities transactions in various stock markets and ensure all transactions being uploaded to relevant systems

Requirements

• University degree, preferably major in business, finance or related disciplines
• Registered with SFC as a representative under Type1 & Type 2 Regulated Activities
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in overseas securities & futures sector and familiar with algorithmic trading strategies or related areas covering the following:
  • At least 2 years in supervision of subordinates for dealing operations
  • Sound knowledge in overseas securities and futures market and understanding of relevant policies, procedures, practices of relevant regulatory bodies
• A team player with good interpersonal skills, analytical skills and risk awareness
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of 2Go Trade, Fidessa and other OMS
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
