Negotiate project price with vendors and service providers
Monitor renovation progress and handling issues raised out by renovation branches
Ensure the standard of branch renovation is complying with standard manual
Arrange the allocation of branch fixed assets for delivering to various branches and/or warehouse
Prepare memo to seek management’s approval of opening new branch, acquisition renovation budget
Prepare notice for display at branch to notify customers the changes or new arrangements
Prepare notification letter for informing customers branch closure/relocation, termination of Safe Deposit box Service and movement
Conduct comprehensive analysis and inspect potential locations for setting up branches / installation of offsite ATM to achieve business goals
Work closely with internal stakeholders to formulate, develop and implement business strategies in relation to physical channel planning, aiming to achieve business targets and improve customer’s experience
Provide timely information and reports to facilitate physical channel performance tracking
Co-ordinate with Marketing Department for handling indoor and outdoor advertisement
Coordinate with various departments for the opening, closure and relocation of branch and ATM networks
Liaise with Facility Management Department for discussing leasing / renovation / modification works for branches and ATMs and prepare business reports / dashboards / outstanding task list to Section Head
Requirements
University graduate, preferably in business administration, finance, or relevant disciplines
Preferable over 5 years’ experience in banking sector
Good knowledge in branch operations, procedures and practices
Good communication, analytical and project management skills
Self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
