Associate Director, Credit Card (Card Acquisition & Business Development)

Responsibilities

• Lead Card Acquisition team to design and implement the strategic plan to grow business of credit card
• Drive card acquisitions with diversification of acquisition channels and via partnership with external parties to enhance business profitability and growth
• Identify and penetrate new market segments through tailored marketing initiatives to optimize asset growth and strengthen brand positioning of the products
• Broaden the cardholder base and diversify portfolio mix to maximize cross-selling opportunities and revenue streams
• Manage and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) channels to enhance cost efficiency in credit card acquisition
• Utilize customer segmentation to increase the effectiveness of acquisition channels, campaigns, and cross-selling actions
• Liaise with external partners and merchants to provide special privileges and joint promotions for card acquiring and spending programs
• Monitor trends in card sector and explore opportunities for cross-selling and collaboration synergy

Requirements

• University degree holder in marketing or business administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in credit card and financial industry, including at least 5 years of management experience
• Relevant experience in product development, project management and marketing communication is preferable
• Knowledge in card operations is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
