Vice President (Commercial Loan Products and Treasury Solutions) - Business & Digital Development

Responsibilities

• Design and implement commercial loan products and treasury solutions tailored to market demands and business objectives. Enhance existing offerings to meet the financing needs of SME and corporate clients. Plan and manage product rollouts, ensuring successful market entry by developing comprehensive strategies to achieve product-market alignment, adoption, and growth. 
• Build and maintain close working relationships with sales, marketing, operations, and risk management teams to facilitate seamless execution of product strategies and ensure commercial success. 
• Monitor developments in market conditions, industry trends, competitor strategies, and changes in regulatory environments to refine products and mitigate risks effectively. 
• Leverage data-driven insights to prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer segmentation, product uptake, and portfolio management. Utilize AI tools and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and support informed decision-making. 

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the financial services sector, specializing in corporate or commercial lending and treasury products. 
• Applicants with 6+ years of experience may qualify for the First Vice President role, leading the development, execution, and optimization of innovative lending and treasury solutions. 
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in AI tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., SQL or BigQuery). 
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• HKIB qualification under the ECF would be an advantage but not a must
