JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Chief Steward in leading the stewarding team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment
• Support daily operations of the stewarding department, including cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory control
• Supervise the cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and serviceware
• Assist in monitoring pest control activities with external contractors and report any issues promptly
• Help ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards
• Support the training and development of Kitchen Cleaners and Stewards to follow operational procedures and standards
• Step in to supervise overnight deep cleaning or special projects as required
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely availability of clean equipment and utensils
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management
