Manager-AVP, Mortgage Sales (HK & Overseas Properties)

Responsibilities:

• To solicit the mortgage loan business and achieve the assigned sales target

• To establish and develop the relationship with referral parties including mortgage intermediaries, property agencies, mortgage brokers and sales channels

• Support the end to end mortgage process and application referred by branch

• Provide privilege mortgage solutions, professional advice and services to customer and follow through mortgage application cycle

• To cross sell the required products, e.g Premier Account, according to management directives

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in mortgage loan sales. Less experience may be considered as Assistant Mortgage Specialist

• Have developed a good people-network with mortgage intermediaries, property agencies/solicitor firms is an advantage

• Secondary Education or above

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin

• Equipped with IIQE qualification, Paper I, II & III
