About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Relations Officer to join the dynamic team at Gold Partners (Asia) Asset Management Company Limited. As a Client Relations Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop and enhance relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
• Maintain the daily operations procedures of the team to ensure a smooth workflow
• Provide regular reports, data analysis, and audit documents for management and customer review
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• DSE above or any related discipline
• 1 year or above of relevant experience
• Self-motivated, independent & result-oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
