Shares Operations Officer (Ref: CO-SHO)

Liaise, check and handle offshore markets settlement, such as bonds and unit trust settlement, dividend or interest distribution
Check and update share deposit / withdrawal entries, cash movement and G/L accounting entries
Review corporate announcement to ensure entitlement details or corporate actions are recorded and to be done as scheduled
Perform entitlements taking up and distribution of dividend, bonus, cash offer, open offer and warrants/rights etc.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing and other ad-hoc projects
Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years’ experience in shares operations / settlement of offshore markets
Familiar with CCASS operations
Knowledge on liaising with Clearstream Banking Agent for settlement support is an advantage
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
