Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle for internal systems — from concept development, business requirements, design coordination, development support, UAT, launch to post‑launch monitoring
- Ensure solutions across internal systems and their touchpoints with customer-facing digital channels are delivered with quality, speed and business alignment
- Understand business workflows, operational challenges and user pain points through interviews, research and data analysis
- Translate insights into structured requirements, workflow diagrams, functional specifications and system enhancement recommendations
- Work closely with business users, operations teams, UX/UI designers, developers and vendors to ensure aligned and seamless delivery. Participate in technical and solution‑design discussions, validating system logic and feasibility
- Plan, prepare and execute UAT for internal system enhancements. Identify issues, manage defect resolution, verify fixes and ensure solutions are deployment-ready
- Monitor system performance, user behaviors and workflow metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Proactively recommend enhancements to automate processes, reduce turnaround time and strengthen back-office effectiveness
- Keep updated with workflow automation, internal system technologies, business process tools, digital transformation practices and emerging FinTech innovations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or related disciplines
- 1 year of working experience in digital products, system implementation, PM/BA roles, workflow design, UX or related fields (experience in banking/finance is a plus but not required)
- Experience in internal systems, backend applications, workflow or operational platforms, working with developers, UX/UI teams, or data teams is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business workflows into clear system or product requirements
- Passion for digital innovation, workflow automation and FinTech
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proactive, curious, open‑minded and a strong team player
