Assist to develop and maintain technical solution implementation road map to achieve the strategic goals of the Bank and facilitate business development through adoption of suitable technologies.
Drive and lead technical implementation to realize tactical initiatives from inception to completion.
Manage IT projects end-to-end including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project initiation/planning, risk assessment/mitigation, reporting and documentation preparation, change management as well as post-implementation and audit reviews.
Collaborate with different stakeholders, business partners and team members to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
Holder of PMP, ECF-Fintech is preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant IT project management experience, preferably from banking industry. Knowledge in digital transformation, cloud computing, or core banking will be an advantage.
Good banking business domain knowledge, particularly in the above mentioned areas.
Strive for continuous improvement and strong organisational skills including the ability to plan, prioritize and schedule activities to achieve deliverables.
Good writing and presentation skills to present programme, reports and project plans to management and stakeholders.
Ability to influence others and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership, proficiency in vendor management, team management, business user liaison.
