Assistant Vice President, Rewards & Performance Management (HR Department)

Responsibilities:
Support the review and implementation of rewards strategies
Drive and interpret compensation and benefits data of market surveys in order to ensure the market competitiveness
Deliver HR analytics and reporting
Review and provide guidance on reward/incentive programs
Review and develop human resources policies and procedures in line with statutory requirements
Participate in HRIS implementation / enhancement activities
Assist in ad hoc human resources projects and initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Minimum of 8 years' solid experience in rewards and performance management, preferably gained from banking and finance industry
Good knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and HRIS
Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related employment legislation and regulations
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
