Assistant Vice President, Rewards & Performance Management (HR Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the review and implementation of rewards strategies
  • Drive and interpret compensation and benefits data of market surveys in order to ensure the market competitiveness
  • Deliver HR analytics and reporting
  • Review and provide guidance on reward/incentive programs
  • Review and develop human resources policies and procedures in line with statutory requirements
  • Participate in HRIS implementation / enhancement activities
  • Assist in ad hoc human resources projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Minimum of 8 years' solid experience in rewards and performance management, preferably gained from banking and finance industry
  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and HRIS
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related employment legislation and regulations
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
