Payment Solution Assistant Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of transaction clearing and settlement systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee KYC documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Lead end-to-end application, integration and maintenance of global payment channels
• Manage relationships with partner banks, custodians and third-party payment providers.
• Monitor payment success rates and abnormal transactions, collaborate with technical team to resolve channel failures and risk control issues
• Manage the opening, maintenance and relationship management of global bank accounts
• Conduct analysis of global financial market trends and client behavior shifts to provide forward-looking strategic insights
• Monitor evolving financial regulations and assess impacts on business operations
• Prepare periodic settlement and research reports
• Take up ad-hoc settlement related task for new business

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Law, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial settlement management with proven expertise in market research or policy analysis
• Deep knowledge of global financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
