Assistant Learning & Talent Development Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Support Director of Learning and Talent Development in communicating and implementing the L&TD plan and initiatives across all levels of hotel
• Delivers service and supervisory training aligned with operational and management needs; conduct post-training assessment and report on the performance outcomes and effectiveness
• Promotes a culture of motivated, self-learning across the divisions / departments that upholds the hotel’s core values and drives strategic business objectives
• Lead and manage Familiarization Programme, including onboarding for new joiners and cross exposure colleagues
• Manage the Departmental Trainers framework, ensuring consistency, capability, and quality in departmental training activities
• Supervise the Learning & Talent Development Officer

General Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources/ Learning & Development/ Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum five years’ experience in Learning & Development, including at least two years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in training design and delivery
• Highly enthusiastic, proactive and confident in taking initiative, making decisions, and delivering effective results
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
