Join a Tech-Forward Team Driving Complex, High-Impact IT Initiatives We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Management professional to lead strategic technology projects across both application development and infrastructure. As part of our IT System Planning and Support team, you’ll collaborate closely with internal developers, technical experts, stakeholders, and external vendors to shape project plans and drive successful implementation.

Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, this role blends hands-on project leadership with cross-functional coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments. What you'll be doing

• Drive end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, budget, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate seamlessly across Development, Infrastructure, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure IT security and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001) are fully embedded
• Present clear updates to senior leadership and secure project approvals
• Monitor risks, track KPIs, and champion continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience managing complex IT projects
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services industry is an advantage
• PMP certification is preferred
• Strong technical fluency across software development & IT infrastructure
• Familiar with IT security best practices and frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001
• Excellent communication skills in English & Cantonese; Japanese is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the Assistant Project Manager role
