Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch staff to achieve preset business goals and targets
• Plan and manage business strategies and activities to meet business targets
• Manage SME business and achieve related KPIs
• Oversee daily branch operations
• Ensure high quality of services are provided to customers
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of solid branch management and SME management experience
• Good knowledge and strong sense on compliance and banking regulations
• Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
