Virtual Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check identity document and personal account opening information provided by customer through VTM
  • Perform data input and complete related account opening procedures
  • Open personal account and answer customer enquiries on personal account opening where necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above with minimum 1 year experience in customer service or operations/processing related to account opening
  • Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be available for shift duty on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
