Programmer / Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Support system delivery for banking systems including but not limited to payment domain system
• Provide technical and both functional and non-functional recommendations / solutions for the assigned task.
• Work closely with stakeholders, vendor and business users to participate in the whole software development lifecycle, collecting business requirements, performing systems analysis and design, creating technical specifications, quality review including testing and source review, implementation and preparing necessary documentation
• Support all user activities including but not limit to user requirement collection, data migration, UAT, production verification and post implementation review.
• Ensure all service and deliverables are in good quality
• Provide technical training to team members
• Provide system support, including user inquiry and problem solving (during office and non-officer hours)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines
• 3 years or above related experience in software development or application support preferably in banking industry
• Solid technology knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Oracle, MS SQL Database, Windows and Linux.
• Experience in project management, vendor management or payment system is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
