Job Responsibilities

Introduce and demonstrate retail banking products and services to customers (especially mortgage related business for Mortgage Sales Manager)
Promote deposit, mortgage loan, insurance, investment and other retail banking products/services
Achieve business goals through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers
Address customer needs by providing quality customer service and financial advice to customers
Comply with established policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in promotional activities of branch banking products and services

Job Requirements

University degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Qualified insurance and securities intermediary
Working knowledge of retail banking products and services and the related branch operations and procedures
Good relationship building and selling skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English with knowledge of Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will also be considered
