What You Will Be Doing:
Support Head of Business Management in business planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and efficiency
Support relationship management teams through application of data aiming to improve and transform customer journey across different channels
Streamline process flow and critically review approval matrix for various exceptions to ensure right balance of risk control and customer experience
Support the development and execution of partnership strategy to drive new-to-bank customers acquisitions and loan growth
Work collaboratively with Product teams in conducting market research to understand market landscape, competitors and industry trends, sharing insights to improve offering and enhance processes to create differentiated propositions or value-added services for SME clients.
Act as Data steward for EmB and participate in the Data Working Group (DWG) in the review of data management and governance related framework, policies and procedures. Act on behalf of EmB as the day-to-day functional representative to communicate data requirements and participate in and drive data management & data quality initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new technologies and methodologies for continuous improvement to enhance productivity.
Delivering key and aligned communication to senior leaders and across the division.
What We Are Looking For:
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in business management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry
