Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily account creation of ATM card and Telephone Banking Services
  • Perform account maintenance for existing cardholder
  • Maintain account data on Card Management System and Telephone Banking Services to complete customer’s change service instructions
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank’s relevant AML policy guidelines and the section’s operations procedure manuals
  • Assist in ad hoc task or project assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in in credit card or operations
  • Good interpersonal skills, coordination with related units are required
  • Ability to multi-task and able to work independently
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
