VP, Deposit and New Customer Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning the strategies of new customer acquisition and deposit strategies, maintaining customer relationship, customer number & AUM of the assigned customer portfolio with delivery of exceptional service to achieve pre-defined financial and non-financial objectives on net growing the new customer and deposit from assign portfolio.
• Establish customer service standards and process to ensure such standards are consistently met to customer satisfaction during new customer & deposit acquisition and account opening process
• Explore new business opportunities for customer penetration and customer referral is assigned by management.
• Provide support to Main Branch in meeting both team and individual assigned target and strategic projects including the KPI on deposit and customer acquisition and penetration for enhancement of overall profitable client base.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of practical experience in Personal Banking, with key focus on Sales & Operation of branch management
• Well-planned, mature with excellent management skills
• Familiar with Wealth Management Product, Secured and Unsecured Loan Product knowledge is preferable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
