VP, Strategy and Planning

What you will be doing:

• To devise business strategies and implementation plans to meet key strategic directives.
• To develop fact-based analysis by coordinating with Analytic team, provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• To coordinate the budget process, providing insights on resources allocation, cost optimization, revenue growth strategies to help build a profitability and sustainable business.
• To monitor CFS financial performance, budgeting and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvement
• Regularly monitoring and evaluating performance against set metrics provides valuable insights into progress, identifies areas for improvement, and facilitates data-driven decision making. Key deliverables include: KPIs setting, preparation of regular financial performance reports, dashboards, business updates, conduct thematic revenue and cost analysis to identify improvement areas to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between finance and other business units to ensure financials are properly addressed into business planning
• Research and benchmark best practices to seek new ideas from market and identify innovative solutions
• Comply with all Group and regulatory compliance guidelines, to ensure satisfactory audit findings

What we are looking for:

• Degree holder with 7+ year of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning or business performance management related work
• Experienced in project management/finance management/data management
• Mature, proactive and able to work independently
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop clear, structured and comprehensive procedural documents
• Excellent on communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
