JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor cleaning / sanitizing / housekeeping activities carried out by the contract companies
- Assist in-house cleaning and furniture layout arrangement
- Take corrective / preventive actions on cleaning / sanitizing / housekeeping issues reported by Food Production Department
- Conduct routine cleaning checks to achieve hygiene and safety standards
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- F.5 level or equivalent education and qualification
- At least 4 years of experience in stewarding
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleaning standards is preferred
- 24-hour shift required
