We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 9 regulated activities, focusing on public fund management.

The successful candidate must be a current SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer qualified for KIP public fund management. Applications without this qualification will not be considered.

Key responsibilities include uplifting the Type 9 license application to meet SFC requirements for public fund issuance, leading product authorization and liaising with the SFC for approvals, and serving as one of the Key Investment Personnel (KIPs) for the future launch of the public fund. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, formulating investment policies and strategies, overseeing asset allocation, participating in product development, and preparing proposals for potential clients. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors as required.

There will be a compensation step-up upon approval of the license uplift and launch of the public fund.

Ideal candidates should possess a university degree in a related discipline, hold current SFC Type 9 RO status with proven experience in public fund management, and have current or prior KIP experience in HK and USA equities and/or fixed income products. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
