Associate, Debt Capital Market Division (Fixed Income Department)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in originating potential issuance and maintaining the relationship with existing clients.

• Responsible for leading execution the live transactions.

• Assist in reviewing bond issuance documents.

• Prepare of marketing materials and solutions to issuers.

• Responsible for collecting and processing latest regulatory policies and facilitating the regulatory application process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above,  Finance / economics / accounting majors preferred.

• 2 or more years of work experience is preferred, qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4.

• Deep understanding on bond markets, product structure and market trend.

• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and a genuine passion for Debt Capital Market.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• Candidates with no work experience will also be considered.
