Vice President, Bond Sales Division (Fixed Income Department)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support the end-to-end execution of primary market bond issuance and sales.

• Maintain effective communication with investment managers and traders, assisting in pricing, book-building, and other sales-related activities.

• Develop and maintain various types of investors’ relationship, continuously identifying and addressing client needs.

• Responsible for assisting Professional Investor qualification certification.

• Assist in bond settlement, account record maintenance, system bookkeeping, and other middle- and back-office support functions.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the bond market, with relevant experience in bond sales and trading.  Familiarity with primary market issuance and sales processes is essential. 3-5 years of relevant experience in bond business.

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required, qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4.

• Strong marketing, communication, coordination and team collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse institutional clients.

• Responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and a genuine passion for sales and trading.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
