Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers to capture potential business opportunities
  • Structure credit facilities and cross-sell the Bank's services and products to meet customers’ needs 
  • Prepare credit proposals, review existing facilities, monitor customer's risk profile to achieve business targets and mitigate potential risks 
  • Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships 
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in credit and relationship management, preferably in Corporate/Commercial/SME Banking segment 
  • Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyze and make sound judgments on complex financial information 
  • Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (ECF-CRM) preferred
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure 
  • Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills 
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager)
